This is today's green chile roast. I wish I had a lot more to roast at a time, but some roasted green chile is better than NO GREEN CHILE!!! I did however, roast these peppers in the rain. The things I will do for some green chile.........And NO, I did not use the roaster I built. I still have some modifications (rust removal) before it will be ready to use.
